Bruny Island Cruises Restaurant is located in the Bruny Island suburb of Adventure Bay, approximately 76km South of Hobart. The restaurant forms part of the Bruny Island Cruises Centre, operated by Pennicott Wilderness Journeys, and while the restaurant provides meals for people who are going on a cruise, the restaurant is open to the general public. The restaurant is modern, light and airy. It offers both indoor and outdoor dining areas that overlook Adventure Bay. We have dined at Bruny Island Cruises Restaurant a couple of times after hiking on Bruny Island. Although there are only a handful of meals on the menu, each meal is cooked well, highlights local produce and is fresh and satisfying. The restaurant is licensed and the outdoor dining area makes for a fantastic spot to sit back and enjoy the view while sipping a glass of Tassie sparkling.
