Conservatory Café in Cygnet Old Bank
Conservatory Café in Cygnet Old Bank is a beautiful, country-style café located in Cygnet, approximately 54km south of Hobart. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and as the name suggests, the indoor seating and main serving area is located in a pretty, sun-filled conservatory. The outdoor seating area is pet friendly and has a wonderful relaxed feel to it. The garden is green and lush and even has a small apple orchard out the back. The menu is an 'all-day' menu featuring breakfast, brunch and lunch items as well as cakes and slices. High tea is also available on Saturday afternoons. The food is made from locally grown Huon Valley produce and all of the meals are generous, beautifully plated and flavoursome. The chef's breakfast was a delightful combination of fried eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, beans, mushrooms and crispy sourdough toast.
