Mornington Inn
Mornington Inn is located in Mornington on Hobart's Eastern Shore, approximately 8km East of Hobart. The bistro is popular among locals, people staying at the nearby caravan park and people staying in the motel accommodation at Mornington Inn. The menu features hearty pub classics at reasonable prices such as steaks, parmigiana and burgers and is is complemented by a substantial specials board. Some of the meals are offered in regular and larger sizes, but no matter which size you choose, the value for money is fantastic. We ordered the regular-sized chicken parmigiana with meatlovers topping and for a regular size, it did not disappoint! The topping included a BBQ sauce base, chorizo, bacon, ham, salami and cheese. The melted cheese oozed all over the crispy, crumbed chicken and topping. There were plenty of chips as well! The roast of the day is offered in regular and double size, and we found the regular size to be the perfect size for lunch. Make sure you leave room for dessert
