Tasman Restaurant Buffet Breakfast Everyone loves a good buffet breakfast and the Tasman Restaurant located on the ground floor of the Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart delivers just that...and for a very reasonable price. As you walk into the servery area you are greeted by an impressive line up of all the usual suspects in breakfast cereal. Personally I always bypass this area as I don't want to fill up on chaff (unless I want to spoil myself with some Coco Pops). Past the cereal is a juice bar where you can either pour yourself a glass of ready-made juice (five to choose from) or you can make your own freshly-made juice in the juicing machine.
