Snug Falls
Snug Falls PUFF-O-METRE OVERVIEW Snug Falls is one of Tassie's little hidden gems that's located only a short drive from the busy little coastal town of Snug. To get to the falls, you turn off at the school and follow a sealed road until you get to a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left-hand road and follow it up into the hills. After the fork, the road turns to gravel and at this point you'll need to be careful. The road is narrow, winding and often slippery in the wetter periods of the year. There are passing opportunities for oncoming traffic but only in designated areas, therefore it's wise to take it slowly and make sure the road is clear before going beyond a passing opportunity. There is a carpark 100m prior to the start of the track, this gives the opportunity of multiple cars in this location as well as an overflow carpark a further 20m up the road.
