Pinnacle To Organ Pipes Loop PUFF-O-METRE OVERVIEW This lovely walk has you starting at the very top of Mt Wellington which overlooks Hobart. This mountain can be covered in snow at times throughout the year so its advisable to only do this walk when the pinnacle is free of snow. You'd think that this would give you 9 months to work with however Tasmania being Tasmania, it really can snow at any time throughout the year..... Parking at the pinnacle, you're headed down the Zig Zag Track near the large concrete tower. This track is made of gravel and rock with plenty of steps on the steep areas to help keep you on your feet. Half way down this track is a large curved seat that allows you a fantastic view of Hobart and the side of the Organ Pipes. Turning left at the T junction, you'll follow the relatively Organ Pipes Track till you find yourself under the spectacular Organ Pipes. There is also a stone seat located on the track to give you arguably the best view of the cliff
