Windy's Bakehouse Café & Takeaway
Windy's Bakehouse Café & Takeaway is located in Lauderdale, approximately 19km East of Hobart. Windy's is a busy little bakery, café and takeaway shop that serves wholesome, reasonably priced food. Windy's is a great place for a bite to eat after being out and about adventuring. The café and takeaway food is simple, unpretentious and delicious. Windy's also offers an array of sweet treats, fresh bread and savoury rolls. We've enjoyed beef burgers, chicken burgers, bacon and poached eggs, chicken medallions and chips. The burgers are really tasty and packed with quality, fresh ingredients. The beef burger patties are made of quality beef. As Windy's is also a bakery, lovely fresh rolls and breads are used in the café and takeaway meals. We're big fans of chocolate milkshakes and we love that Windy's serves milkshakes the old-fashioned way in the generous stainless steel cups they're made in. We couldn't go past the custard tart and the cream b
