Core Restaurant - Buffet Breakfast
Core Restaurant is located within the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Hobart. Buffet breakfast is offered daily to guests staying at the Crowne Plaza, as well as members of the general public. The hotel itself is fairly new, so the décor of the restaurant has a lovely fresh, bright and new feel to it. The restaurant is on the fourth floor and has views of the city and Mount Wellington. When you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted with an array of hot and cold food items. The cold items consist of fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit coulis, cold meats, cheeses, muesli, cereal, pastries and danishes. There are also a couple of gluten free pastry and muesli options available. The juice station consists of ready-to-drink juice or you can make your own freshly squeezed juice with the juicer. Barista-made coffee is included with the buffet breakfast.
